Executive Assistant Qualification

The qualification structure is designed to allow progress from Level 3 Administrative Assistant to Level 4 Executive Assistant and finally to Level 5 Senior Executive Assistant. Each level has clear learning outcomes that correspond to job market expectations. The IEAA verifies our training programmes adhere to the highest training standards.

Our courses are offered online or in virtual classrooms, enabling people from across the United States and Canada to attend our courses flexibly and without incurring additional travel costs.
All of our course fees include registration as a student with the IEAA and your first assessment. Re-sit fees for failed exams will be additional, but they are relatively small administration fees. The IEAA will publish helpful information for modern EAs, career advice and salary surveys.
