The IEAA Accredited Senior Executive Assistant Diploma – Level 5 offers learners a training course that helps them develop their careers to the highest level. This is the exempted version of the Level 5- Senior Executive Assistant Diploma. Experienced EAs and Administrators can apply for exemption from a module. To purchase this program, you must have had approval for your exemption. You can apply for an exemption by sending us a copy of your resume. The range of skills is ideal for an Executive Assistant interested in supporting high-level and C-Suite executives. The program is flexible and can develop Executive Assistants in all sectors of the economy.
Training Format
All training is delivered online. Two modules, the Advanced Business Skills Course and the Executive Assistant Certificate Course, are offered in a virtual classroom. Both modules are provided in Virtual Classrooms and are led by experienced trainers at their respective levels. The training content and ability to interact with the trainer or your colleagues replicate a live classroom experience. The course is convenient and has numerous exercises to simulate work tasks. This helps to develop fundamental job skills and prepares delegates to launch their careers.
The other module is the Microsoft Office Diploma for an Executive Assistant. This interactive online training programme is provided in partnership with Microsoft Platinum Partners. It has a flexible study schedule: You can start any time and study at your own pace.

Other training options
The Executive Assistant Diploma combines four training modules. You can opt to take only one of the courses if you prefer.
Exemptions
The Level 3 Administrative Assistant Certificate Course covers the core office administration/assistant skills. Experienced delegates need to apply for approval to obtain an exemption.
We will require a copy of your resume, and the accrediting body, the IEAA, will confirm your eligibility. Eligibility is based on work experience. Applying for exemptions is voluntary, and if you prefer to take all the training, you are more than welcome to.
When can I start?
You can take this course in several modes:
Executive Assistant Certificate Course
- Full-time and intensive option

- The Senior Executive Assistant Course runs for three consecutive days: Monday through Wednesday, from 11:30 to 17:30 Eastern or 08:30 to 14:30 Pacific. This option has a fixed timetable and is attended by a group of students in a virtual classroom.

Course Requirements
Ideally, you will have some office experience, but each case is considered a case-by-case scenario. You will need access to the internet to take part in the course.
